Banked reset vs. scheduled recovery

Know the difference before you spend a saved reset.

The short answer

Scheduled recovery restores an account window at its displayed time. A banked reset is a separately granted entitlement you may be able to redeem.

What to do next

  1. Check the type of reset described in the account or announcement.
  2. For a banked reset, read its own expiry and redemption conditions.
  3. For normal recovery, use the time displayed beside the relevant usage window.
  4. Keep reminders for these events separate so an expiry is not mistaken for new allowance.
Do not assume the conditions of an old promotion apply to a new offer.

Check the result

Return to the affected feature and try one appropriate request. If it works, resume gradually. If it fails, compare the new notice with the original before repeating a step.

Still blocked?

Prepare the exact error, affected feature, app or browser version, account workspace, and date with timezone. Send these only through the provider’s official support channel; omit passwords, keys and private content that is not needed.

Common questions

Can I predict the next extra reset?

Historical gaps are not a schedule. LimitReset does not assign a probability to a future discretionary reset.

Will my saved credit last forever?

Read the expiry attached to your own credit. Do not infer it from another user’s account.
